60% of TBR sale proceeds to plug 1999 budget. How much of the other assets sold this year being used for the same thing. Really gives me a strong feeling about the country. How many more Brazilian assets does the President have to sell off to us foreigners in order to balance the budget. Selling off capital assets to pay for operating expenses doesn't portend well for future. Instead of selling coffee for export is the plan to sell the coffee plantations also? stevek
