There won't be any UN delay ...they have delayed enough . The one thing that will stop this war is complete and immediate disarming of all Iraq--->full compliance . Meanwhile, France, Germany and Belgium, who have blocked military planning to defend Turkey in the event of war, were still at loggerheads with their Nato allies yesterday. Yah , that was really cute how France and Germany got their little --->"Mini~Me" = Belgium to pony along and mimic with them over in Nato. more bad cafe-shop moves.
