STOCKMATE,

NOT EXACTLY --- NOW QUIT SHOUTING AND TAKE THAT CAPS LOCK OFF!!!

I have been told by my full-service broker (who is in regular contact
with CRG with respect to several of the stocks they are hyping) that
they felt real bad that the stock tanked as much as it has and want
to do whatever they can to stop this idiocy. You would too if you just
got a check from a company for $550K to hype their stock, when the stock
was at $3, and after you've done your thing the stock is at $2.

So my broker was pretty sure that CRG told him that they would put the
full four page spread in June & July issues of MoneyWorld, in the version
that goes out for free, not just the paying version. We should find
out one way or the other very soon, since the MoneyWorld usually comes
out in the middle of the month prior to the publication month.

The fact that the stock is trailing down in anticipation of this is
not at all surprising. The convertible bond holders are shorting as
much of this as they can as soon as they can in order to drive the
price down for 5 straight trading days prior to the MoneyWorld issue
hitting the streets. As soon as the 10QSB is filed and the MoneyWorld
issue is out this thing is gonna go wild.

Natural gas prices have come back surprisingly strong in recent weeks,
after the seasonally expected post-winter dip. The heat is just about
totally off here in New England so this indicates that the demand must
be coming from industry --- a good sign for a strong second half for
gas prices. Maybe GASS will be able to do another Volumetric Production
Payment deal where they essentially pre-sell a whole mess of their gas
at a discount in return for getting cold hard cash. This would facilitate
their stock buyback.
