To answer a couple of questions raised in earlier posts....

1. A company's transfer agent can go back through Depository Trust Company and get the names & addresses of all NOBO shareholders holding in street name from the brokerage firms themselves. This allows a company to send proxys, dividends and quarterly reports to street-name shareholders.

2. Since BookMatch is an integrated process involving initial testing, book selection, and follow-ups of various types, it would not appear that "lending" IDs and passwords would be very efffective.
