I believe the hold period only applies to residents of the USA. For the non-residents and off shore holding companies this in practical terms allows for open trading. Thanks for the info I will make the call. What bothers me the most is the low price. Ballard has never shown any profit, yet there share price only continues to increase well above the $100,00 cdn mark. My reasons for the questions come from a sincere interest in the fuel cell industry. I believe this is the future and should I find that the backers behind this company are true blue I will back it for the long term. Until then I will do everything I can to get to the bottom (nothing to read into that use of language) of this company. I have some great sources to aid me in determining the background antics which accompany most OTC-BB shams (At this time I am not in any way accusing this company of being a sham, rather I believe this company will either turn out to be heaven-sent or the devil incarnate) I will post whatever I find. No I am not a shorter, have never been one and don't forsee myself becoming one.
