I heard on NPR, of all places, tonight that the overhead for their used car lots was too high. They positioned them at major intersections, were generally huge, and cost a fortune to light. The upside is if they own the lots then that's valuable real estate they can sell. And Wayne brought in Mr. Jackson to boost the price of the stock, and this must be a first step. The stock actually went up today from the open which connotes a little confidence. I wonder how much the spin off of the rental operations will work out to per share? I ain't selling until at least the record date for this spinoff.
