wily: No I dont have any patent history. I am a concept guy, I dont dig too deeply into the nuts and bolts. I cast a wide net, take all the data points and assimilate. Having said that I dont take anything as gospel until confirmed on separate independent channels. I understand where your source is coming from, but until other data points confirm his view point, it is just a view point. Dont know the ins and outs of memory manufacture, but I do know that as 'spectulative startup' if their process pans out, it will be a big hit. Jeff Vayda
