To view 8k filing here is the link, freeedgar.com Spoke to the company today and they will be filing 152c11 in next day or so (Murphy's Law leeway lol) and then I am told 8 to 10 days to clear for trading........ apparently the 8k got no comments from the SEC or so I was told.
