I don't think there is any reason to think the only solution to the regulations is FOCS. If they have expanded the prospects from 1000 to 5000 then some of them are much smaller prospects and not likely to be $10,000 solutions. It could be that fines may be less than the cost of solutions for some of these. We don't know the costs of scaling up. Profits are the goal. There are many variables and things to understand before we classify this as $50M of orders.
