Dear Neil, Thank you very much for your information. Sure appreciate your efforts and not beeing a very knowelagable techniclal guy myself, I would not discover any technologically incorrect statments or terms. But the way you put it is very clearly understanable and makes sense. That is also the reason I got into this situation in the first place, because I heard that one is looking for a substrate to replace silicon for certain operations and Siliconarsenite was ringing in my weak memory. - I would just love to send you all the chocolaate you want, if the traget you set is met. That would be quite nice for me, seeing that I now am the proud owner of 10K. Again many thanks yours Fred
