Hi Gabe,

The last reverse split was Oct or Nov in 95. The float was small and news really moved the stock price. It appears that the same scenario is being played out again but that is only my opinion and that is only worth what one pays for it(GGGGG).

Stock shills? Yes, they exist in the public forum but there isn't anything that can be one about them. You have to do a lot of reading and get a feel for what the poster is all about. Enthusiasm about a stock is different than pushing one. I know I've been on the public boards for 6+ years and in all that time, I've talked about hundreds of stocks but never told anyone to buy or sell. I try to post information that is relevant and let the reading public make their choice because in the long run, the individual is the only one responsible and I hate whining about stocks that don't perform. We all have them and are responsible for the purchase as well as the sale(G).

As for NIAR? If they can get the financing worked out and stop the reissuance of shares by raising the outstanding ceiling, the company might have some merit but I know I've watched this one for over a year and nothing much has deviated from history. Do your research and decide how to play it. One thing about stocks trading in this range, it doesn't take much price movement to make you a monstrous return(GGGGGG).

Take care...
