Bought a little MHK, as well. Think they're a strong company with decent management.
Ok - so housing sucks, right now. Generally speaking, though, housing recovers - everyone said it wouldn't in the early 2010s. It recovered - and strongly.
Maybe I'm wrong but if it falls 50% from here, I can confidently say I'd double my position. I just don't think it's in anybody's interest for housing to remain stagnant for too long.

Maybe being blindly "contrarian" here will be a curse.
