Is anyone familiar with 3M? They have two lawsuits that will cost them about $20b - but I still think they're a decent business. There has to be a clear way to go with this - either short or long. At the minute, the market hasn't made up its mind either. Will the dividend have to get cut? Are the lawsuits big enough to cripple 3M? Are 3M allowed to spin-off parts of their business? It's a tough cookie to work out. Will probably concentrate on this for the coming days. Kind regards, Harshu Vyas
