FUD is driving this stock down and drove me out. I am on the sidelines now.

There are, imo, questins about whether EMC can manage this acquisition and maintain its growth and margin. Not to mention the fact that there is downward pressure in the market, so any excuse to sell is excuse enough.

Note that JDSU, a low PE, high growth company is up today. Everyone else I see is in the red.
