DLJ sees US semiconductor equipment book-to-bill declining from 1.30 in May to 1.26 in June when number is released late tonight. at first glance that sounds negative, but then i see where they say that this bad news might be built in already... would explain the semi slide today (well, beside intc anyway.... the $sox down as is amd, amat...) in the face of an otherwise great market... nice to see lrcx mentioned as a favorite, thanks frederick kathy :)
