Chief - New combined cycle gas turbines are used in cogen operations now where waste heat is utilized to bump up overall efficiency.

If the GLE fuel cell fits into this category that would be great. But does it? The high temperature is a requirement to boost output of the fuel cell. How much residual heat is left? Building an insulated compartment to deal with the heat would be no big deal. It would depend on how much heat they would have to remove to maintain the cell within limits. If it is a lot then you are right but it could very well be negligible or maybe none - I don't think we know but Delphi does and they think it has potential for automotive application.
