Have you tried going to Control Panel /Add Remove Programs. Could be you will find the Ask Toolbar listed and be able to uninstall. If not, you may want to try an Uninstall Program like Revo Uninstaller. Or,try going to Search and enter Ask Toolbar. You can delete what comes up in the right column of Search or go to the search source and delete.
