To All This Item just appeared on Yahoo biz.yahoo.com The Headline is... "Duramed Comments on Announcement of Citizen Petition Filing by Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories" There is nothing new in the body of the article except I wasn't aware of a "Citizens Petition" filing by Wyeth-Ayerst regarding Duramed. Does anyone have any info on this or an url for this May 12 filing? Sheese, sorta sounds like Wyeth wants to hang on to it's Estrogen near monopoly eh:) GIVE IT UP WYETH. THE PATENT HAS EXPIRED!!!
