As long as you are on the subject of honor, you should not forget that there is little honor and even less justice in the securities business. However, integrity counts a heck of a lot.

I found the insider trading and short interest in Barron's dossiers last night. Thanks for the tip. (can't remember who dropped it.) My experience tells me that insider trading is like smoke in that it foretells of fire - most of the time. One must remember that APGH is a unique company - any company that is from San Diego and gets FDA approval for a therapetic is unique. Also, I have to remember that the insiders are still relatively fat - they are selling fewer shares than they are being granted as options. I'd rather discount the insider trading issue and wait out the bad news for more good news.

As a long, I am a little scared that my great windfall will be delayed years by some event. AGPH has a lot of risks.

On the other hand, the upside potential is incredible, so much so that I believe that one would have to be either incredibly mad or very stupid to want to sell this issue short. Shorting an issue with this much upside is a very dangerous game indeed!
