Soros I am not the master of anything. Just another guy.

First of all let me tell you that my criticism is not directed at the potential of NRT's drugs. My point is that these things take time (4 to 6 years minimum from where NRT is at currently). Ask Jay Abella he will confirm. Secondly statistics show that the rate of failure for very early stage drugs is very high. It's the nature of the business. That is why Hoffman would not give all the money up-front. It is just never done that way. That is the reason for the milestone payments: limited financial risk to Hoffman. They can pull-out at any time. They are taking an option on the rights. Let me tell you they won't spend more money than if they developed the products in-house.

I can't compare that deal with others that I have seen before because we do not have enough info on the deal. But on all the other deals that I have seen the stock moved after the news, not before.

Soros, you can dislike me or even hate me. But do yourself a favour and ask an unbiased expert about my post. I think he will agree. Soros, the biotech field is full of failures and it is a very sophisticated industry that takes years to master ( I am still working on it myself). The reality is that NRT is very very early stage stuff.

It's all about making money, not about if I am an a.....e.
