There's a magazine I've just started to receive: "Alternative Fuel News" by the U.S. Dept. of Energy", Vol. 1 - No. 1, 16 pages. It does not contain an ordering address within it. Perhaps you can get on their list by going through the D.O.E. website. I had requested info from the D.O.E. on the topic at one time, and perhaps that is how I got on their list. There is no mention of the PEC fuel. I suspect that the people in the know are keeping a lid on PEC until D.O.E. approval .... whenever that happens...?? The magazine is upbeat and presents the topic area well.
