I think the problems in the EU will cause China to think twice about its tightening policies.

Why so. I thought, China was more closely tied to the US economy and they were not even remotely close to being tied to the European economy or even the euro as a currency.

China exports a great deal to the EU countries. In fact, China is the only country in the world where Germany imports more than it exports.

Bottomline: If China looses EU biz, things will slow for China too.
