Been trying to send this message for an hour? - Wouldn't work? May be an ominous sign... Some contradictory news/headline this A.M. - biz.yahoo.com "BEFORE THE BELL - Techs up, possible rally seen" North Korea launches (unannounced) test missile.... Russian communist legislatures say the will vote against Yeltsin's nominee.... (3 votes are to be taken). Let's hope they are just jockeying for political leverage & do not add to the Russian political turmoil. Treasury Secretary Rubin to meet with Japanese & IMF (?) today. Could hope for a flight to blue-chip big caps...?
