The so-called New world Order cannot be applied worldwide. It is a solution for wealthy countries where populations are shrinking. I see it as a mechanism to manage the shrinkage of both populations and economies. Japan has been managing its Return to Natural Size for 3 decades. But Europe is not Japan. It has to find its own policies. The most important is to prepare the youth they need to get used to live a lower standard of living then the babyboomers. No holidays No meat No big housing The green economy is a tool to make these youngsters accept their fate.
