haim you were definitely right!!! THOSE ECONOMIES ARE HURTING... question for you - though booming at one time those economies still spend a tiny portion relative to the US on consumer electronics goods? likewise with networking chips - the demand is huge here and relatively small there. communication chips market is big there I'll admit.. So what therefore if those people can't afford consumer electronics goods when the US market is still strong? The real concern is DRAM and the continued freefall in prices. These operating losses are not good! Those companies may reduce capital spending and that is even more evil!
