You have 60 days, I believe, in a 12 month period to roll over the account. It is just the down time I am worried about. I have noone but myself to blame but I converted to cash to transfer from a local broker to Eschwab about 18 months ago. At that time I held TNCR but never did buy it back. Lost out on the KLAC buyout to double my money!
