5 of 5 analysts have CGI as a "buy" in the Investor's Digest survey in its issue dated Sept 25. Consensus estimates are 0.28 for this year (ending Sept 30) and 0.61 for next year. Tom, sorry to ignore your question re McWhirter's target of $32 - as a rule I don't pay much attention to targets. Now Serge Godin's recent buying is something to which I really do pay attention !!!
