I havn't tried to cancel an order on Web Broker since Waterhouse goofed on me last year. My brother told me they changed the wording about order cancelation a little bit but I havn't seen it myself. If the software still acting the same they may be liable if you bring them to the court (or to arbitration). In my case I brought Waterhouse to arbitration and I just won the case against them recently. If anyone is interested can email me for detail. Julian
