Listen Up!

I usually read and don't write, but given the extraoridnary exchanges as of late, I feel like I'll be missing out if I don't participate.

First of all, congrats to the investors(?) who jumped onto the EBAS bandwagon and scored. I promised myself I would never
again buy a stock that I knew so little about on a rumor. I guarantee you had a better return than me this week, but I can also
guarantee the following.

1. FLNK will surge with NASDAQ small-cap listing as there are a bunch of small-cap fund managers with their hands tied now,
who want in. As noted over and over, this will be soon.

2. FLNK is going to do a 180 on revenues and earnings in the short-term. They have intelligently acquired best-in-class
companies that are already profitable. Their revenue generating capacity appears to be greater than everyone elses at this
point, which means the valuation equation vs USIX for instance, is still out of balance in FLNK's favor.

3. By February of next year, they will have executed an SPO. For those of you who have not been with FLNK for long, they
never had an IPO with all the ASP fanfare, as they basically crept unnoticed into the market by buying and gutting a decrepant
oil/gas company. They had to because nobody would finance their "hair-brained" concept several years ago. The SPO will
come with all the publicity and fanfare that the non-IPO didn't and will drive the stock up. I've seen this happen several times
before.

4. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, I cannot argue the technical fine points over whose business model will ultimately win.
But you can't argue this. From a broad-market, brand name recognition point of view, Microsoft products are everywhere and
they're for the average user. The people I know who use the other applications and languages (argued here today), are
experts, not average users. That tells me that FLNK is positioned to address the masses. Mass = revenue and FLNK is ready
now.

Please excuse me while I pay the EBAS hypsters a visit on their board.
