I thought the MMs had something to do with this based on the price action that I saw which happened after a bout of selling that entered the picture I think at about 1 to 1:30 P.M. I guess I am learning...rather slowly with respect to the tape.

If I was a market maker, when would I run a stock up? Lets see...I would want to have stock in hand before I did this so I can sell at a higher price. Selling by some players after lunch was no big surprise to me which would help the MM procure a temporary inventory of stock and take care of the players that were ready to take profits off of the table. Then after this selling the MM can help kite the price of the stock into the earnings release that is to come out at the end of the day. Cute, very cute.

Just some thoughts.
