Itunes help is email only. I found a trick that works in getting a fast response. If you download a song and get your invoice. Click on "Report A Problem" then tell them what it is. They will respond the next day.

If you go to iTunes and submit a email for help you could be waiting for days, sometimes several days for a response.

Also I have tried calling Apple, I once did this with an iTunes problem, I called the Quicktime department, he said I was suppose to contact iTune, but I told them of the long delays, and he helped me solve my problem.
