It's ridiculous and stupid to want to hire women or Negroes because hiring them will make numbers equal by identity group.

If somebody from an identity group is hired, that has zero effect on all the other members of the group. They remain exactly as they were.

If a woman has the intelligence and interest, she can be hired. If the other 99.9% of women lack the interest or talent then that limits hiring them. Same with Negroes. If none are good for leading edge AI quantum physics development then they are like me. No need to whine about it. I can't play basketball or throw shotput either.

People are not fungible. Different groups are different and there's no need to pretend they are the same. Treating people as individuals is what makes sense. All men can't have babies. No whining about it men. No men can fly either. Wanting a job as a bird is stupid. I admit that I do actually dream I can fly, but I don't expect a job as an Amazon delivery drone.

Anyone wanting and forcing identity group equal outcomes is an evil collectivist communist who should be hanged at dawn or shot at dusk.

Google is Evil, but leave them to hire who they like. Remove their protection from liability for what they publish. They are a publisher, editor as well as internet/Cyberspace carrier.
