Some guy comes up to a woman at a party and gets handsy they know exactly what to do and the guy comes in second place. [or she goes home with him, her choice].

When it's a man who is important to her career she doesn't know what to do. Or maybe if you want go be cynical about it they know EXACTLY what to do - tell 3 girlfriends about it a write about it in a letter to a fourth. Then sit back and wait patiently.
