Michael - I guess I'd better stop posting at 11 PM. I looked at my post and realize I didn't proof read it.

All I meant to say is that if they bought another company it would be a way to get to NASDAQ Small Cap Status faster.

I have been a part of many mergers. Most mergers are lousy, except for the last merger I've been through..

I believe they can get NASDAQ Small Cap status on their own, but the window of opportunity is closing fast.
