HG, Yup that is the same company.. also lost $5.60 a share last 10Q vs some sort of income (I forget)... but the BIG bad news is the SEC investigation... That is scary. I am not in this one, and will likely pass, I was cautioning Handson... Friday it fell to 1 1/4 before rebounding a bit before the bell..... Too scary for me. MG
