That position was pretty much part of G. Beck's Obama-is-a-racist rant and got him fired off of Fox. That's one of the times gun sales were off the roof..............wingers listening to Beck believed him.........hence, the term Obama's Negro Army.

I do recall videos of black youth acting as they were recruits for some type of force. That is very old. Obama still wants a national civilian police force as if we don't have too many as it is.

I didn't watch much Glen Beck.
