Gary: I'm wondering if they didn't mean to say 50% rather than 15%, since the former is what is commonly quoted? Also, Rambus DRAM is expected to have about 15% of total market share, which is worth 3 billion dollars, in semiconductor market for chips over 64M DRAMs by the year 2000.
