For me the biggest pita is connecting the wiring (headers) from the front case panel.. reboot button..on/off button..USB connectors, front panel audio out header.. etc.

Hear you loud and clear. When I got the P160 (hurray a front port for headset) left and right audio was reversed. No big deal right? Holy crap. I have big hands and you need to put six tiny cable ends on the pins (headset = 3; mic = 3)

Though I really didn't need the mic fixed they are all together and I wasn't 100% sure which was which so I just took off all 6 and regretted that the moment I tried to put it back.

All of them are grouped in a 2x3 block - and being perpendicular and on your knees it was brutal.

I have enough from all of you to make it a go. As it will cost less I have more of an interest to start spec'ing it out.

Cheers!
Sexton
