JMAR: Had an up-tick around 12.02PM today with a move from 3.96 to an intra-day H of 4.5 at 12.06PM. On the 60 minutes chart it is on an UPTREND. On the daily chart it still has to close above 4 1/2. That will be above the temporary triple-top at the 4 1/4 level on Jan. 3 & 4. The next resistance seems to be at the 6 3/8 level where it settled from mid-Oct. through mid-Nov. Bernard
