Any one can view the source code for any HTML page by clicking View menu and then selecting Source. This person could have altered the page by typing the false news that way. However, he/she would need to be able to save this file to the server where the Belize homepages are stored. You would think they forbid any write access with firewall etc. Just my limited technical knowledge in this area.
