No QWST did not go from 20 -79 in three months, more like 6-7 and atleast Qwest has dug some holes and buried some cable by then. I really do not understand why LVLT has risen so quickly. I have my reasons and, by the way, I'd be nervous as well, but I'm not because I did not buy at 65. MileHigh
