Richard--Thanks for the informative post with the very long term perspective on REFR! Some simple math indicates that, if you have been a shareholder for 22 years, and the company came public in 1986, that you were in fact a shareholder of REFR for quite some time BEFORE it went public. To have been an owner for 10 years before the company came public, and still holding now 12 years later, implies to me that you probably have some kind of personal relationship with the company principals. Just a guess. Obviously you are not someone who found out about REFR from reading posts on the internet :) I see nothing wrong with this at all--but was wondering if you could share some of this background with us. Understanding this "positioning" would allow us to get even more out of the perspectives you offer. If it is not too much trouble, and not confidential, I was wondering if you could comment on your relationship to the company, how you got involved with it early on, and how you now interact with company principals. Thank you very much in advance! :)
