Mang, thanks for the Intel press release. Without actually stating that flash memory market is suffering from oversupply, they merely imply it.

"... the capacity that Texas represented won't be needed until the future."

"... there are many new entrants and the competition is very aggressive..."

Oversupply means cheaper flash, like the DRAM market. This is BAD for LSI? I don't think so.

Flash will get cheaper still -

"Intel will counter the competition in flash with new products and by being aggressive in pricing and supply."

Leapfrog and undercut, favorite Intel ploys.
