The votes in the Senate were purchased with bribes and kickbacks, and a majority of the American public want it repealed, and the law has NEVER had popular support. The law was sold on the basis of a total pack of lies. The president himself has violated the law innumerable times by providing preferential waivers, ignoring the parts of the law he doesn't like, and delaying parts he realizes cannot be implemented.
