That depends on your motherboard and BIOS. You'll probably have to upgrade the BIOS and your motherboard has to support the lower core voltage. The ASUS P2B is one that was specifically mentioned in a news article as usable with the P-III.

The P2B is a nice board. I've been running an overclocked Celeron 300A (bus set to 100 MHz) in it for about six months now with no problems.
