Time will tell, JFQ. A few factors that affected the market in the period that guy talks about were:

1) Raising inflation;

2) Severe oil embargo;

3) Rising unemployment;

4) Stagnant, slow economy AND high inflation. Something that economists before that had claimed could not happen. It's called stagflation (Econ 101 :));

Also, succesful companies get rewarded in these periods, not pounded. I think that guy has heard of the Nifty Fifty, and so have you. (That guy is probably one of Girzareli's proteges, and as such is in a very hot seat now.)

People, don't be misguided by market gurus! They come and go, but we stay!
I believe that companies like INTC, IOMG, XICO, and ANCR, all of which I hold big time, get seats on the list of the present day Nifty ... whatever number.

I'd like to hear back from you, JFQ!

Regards,

WV
