"Peggy, a collie, was adopted in 2018 by a member of the charity's staff, whose husband is a shepherd in Norfolk.
"Together they began the long process of teaching her how to herd using hand signals rather than voice commands.
"Peggy, 10, is now working part-time with the couple's other two dogs."
She does not hear them, but she can still herd them.ITEM 2: The New York Post reported, "Russian President Vladimir Putin took advantage of the Biden administration’s decision to abandon plans to send two destroyers to the Black Sea by closing off the Kerch Strait, connecting Crimea to Russia, to foreign warships until next fall.
"The action comes as Russia warned the US on Tuesday to stay away from the area 'for their own good' after the Biden administration said it was going to send two destroyers — the USS Roosevelt and the USS Donald Cook — to the Black Sea in response to Moscow’s increasing military presence near Ukraine.
"Putin will close the Kerch Strait beginning next week until October, blocking foreign warships that are conducting military exercises, including the US, the Ukraine foreign ministry said Thursday.
"The US and its allies slapped sanctions on Putin for illegally annexing Crimea in 2014."
Those sanctions failed.
I say we take Putin's advice and stay the heck out. This is a battle between Moscow's oligarchs and Kiev's.
ITEM 3: Fox reported, "Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe announced on Hannity that he plans to sue CNN for defamation.
O'Keefe said, "Ana Cabrera is the host that lied about us and said that we were taken down for, she mentioned misinformation, that’s just simply not so.
"Actual malice is the standard in the United States, we believe we can win against CNN so ... I’m announcing on your show, I’m going to sue CNN for defamation."

Twitter banned James O'Keefe of Project Veritas for telling the truth about CNN. That violates Twitter's community standards which are neither standards nor set by the community.
O'Keefe responded by announcing he will sue Twitter as well.
ITEM 4: The New York Post reported, "An Australian TV host has come under fire for an on-air tirade in which she said Meghan Markle should “just shut up.”
"Edwina Bartholemew, 37, a presenter on 7 News’ breakfast show Sunrise, let rip while reporting on claims that the Duchess of Sussex was staying away from Prince Philip’s funeral to avoid being 'the center of attention.'
" 'I’ve reserved judgment about those two for quite some time, but if that is true, it just makes me so angry,' Bartholemew said of Markle and her royal husband, Prince Harry."
Once again, a presenter has an opinion lefties dislike, so she must be punished.

"Workers talked to the French president, who is under pressure as locked-down France faces a third wave of the pandemic with many hospitals at saturation point, of their efforts to secure and steady the site, despite difficulties due to lead levels and Covid restrictions."

ITEM 8: Chelsea Clinton the gormless toad flashed her political privilege in demanding that Facebook censor TV presenter Tucker Carlson. Apparently she is too thick to understand that she can just change channel when he is on the air.
The Blaze reported, "Chelsea Clinton wants Facebook to ban Fox News host Tucker Carlson from its website after a clip from Carlson’s program casting doubt on the effectiveness of coronavirus vaccines went viral this week."Clinton on Wednesday tweeted a screenshot of a Facebook post featuring Carlson’s controversial monologue from Tuesday night, during which he suggested that the vaccine doesn’t work and that the federal government is hiding that from the American people.
"According to CrowdTangle, a tool that keeps track of social media analytics, Carlson’s monologue had become the most popular post on Facebook by Wednesday."
How dare Mister Carlson cast aspersions on the vaccines. That's the job of the government, which shut down the J&J covid 19 vaccine because 6 out of the 7 million people vaccinated had blood clots which may or may not have been related to the shot. As all 6 were women of child-bearing age, my guess is that had something to do with it.
I took the vaccine but it is your body, your choice.
And watching Carlson is your TV, your choice.

The Kremlin had spread money around the longtime central Asian battlefield for militants to kill remaining U.S. forces. It sparked a massive outcry from Democrats and their #resistance amplifiers about the treasonous Russian puppet in the White House.
"But on Thursday, the Biden administration announced that U.S. intelligence only had 'low to moderate' confidence in the story after all. Translated from the jargon of spyworld, that means the intelligence agencies have found the story is, at best, unproven—and possibly untrue."
The Deep State lied.

ITEM 11: USA Today reported, "Rep. Jim Jordan exchanged tense words with infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci during a congressional hearing Thursday on the coronavirus pandemic. Rep. Maxine Waters ended the debate by telling Jordan to 'shut your mouth.'
"During a hearing held by the House Coronavirus Crisis Subcommittee, Jordan, R-Ohio, questioned Fauci on when the federal government can begin drawing back social-distancing and mask-wearing precautions.
" 'We had 15 days to slow the spread turn into a year of lost liberty. What metrics, what measures? What has to happen before Americans get more freedoms?' Jordan asked Fauci."
Congratulations to Waters for advancing racial equality.
She proved that black Democrat women can be just as racist and just as sexist as white Democrat men such as Robert C. Byrd.
ITEM 12: NBC reported, "Florida Senate passes controversial 'anti-riot' bill pushed in wake of Black Lives Matter protests."
What is so controversial about stopping violence, looting, and arson?
Corporate America foolishly believes the fires being set by Antifa and BLM will not consume them.
The bill now awaits the signature of Republican Governor Ron DeSantis to become law.
ITEM 13: Breitbart reported, "The NBA and many of its players have struck multimillion-dollar deals with various Chinese companies, many of which proudly use cotton raised by slave labor.
"Even as the whole of the league continues its woke politics supporting Black Lives Matter, condemning Republicans, and attacking states passing election integrity laws, they also continue working hand-in-hand with the communist Chinese who continue to employ slave labor despite international pressure to end the practice.
"Even the New York Times noted that the NBA and its players face a growing backlash over their cozy relationship with the communist country. The paper notes that brands including Nike and H&M face increased pressure to stop doing business with Chinese companies that rely on slave labor to raise cotton."
Odd that LeBron James called football team owners slave owners but will not call out the real slave masters.
ITEM 14: Reuters reported, "Former Minneapolis policeman Derek Chauvin on Thursday waived his right to testify to the jury about his part in the deadly arrest last May of George Floyd as both sides rested their cases at his murder trial, the most high-profile police misconduct case in decades."
The jury will decide next week whether he is guilty or whether there will be more people killed and another $500 million in property damage from the mostly peaceful protests .
ITEM 15: United Press International reported, "A police watchdog agency released video Thursday of a Chicago police officer shooting and killing 13-year-old Adam Toledo while his hands were raised last month.
"The Chicago Civilian Office of Police Accountability, which investigates potential cases of police misconduct, released 17 body camera videos -- including graphic video from the shooting officer's camera that shows Toledo being shot and lying motionless with blood on his chest and face. They also released four third-party videos, audio transmission, recordings of 911 calls, ShotSpotter recordings, and response and arrest reports."
However, the New York Post reported, "Chicago police say the 13-year-old who was shot dead by cops last month was holding a gun just before he was gunned down.
"Video footage released by the CPD shows Adam Toledo running in an alley before being asked to stop and put his hands up, according to CBS 2 Chicago.
"A grainy close up of the seventh-grader shows him holding what police claim is a gun in his right hand. Less than a second later, he was shot dead."
Armed or unarmed, where were his parents? What was a 13-year-boy doing at 2 AM with a gun?
Nothing good happens at 2 AM in the streets of Chicago.
ITEM 16: Zero Hedge reported, "There Are Now More Real Estate Agents Than Homes For Sale In The U.S."

ITEM 17: Dave DeCamp reported, "Since President Biden is breaking the US-Taliban peace deal by pushing back the May 1st withdrawal deadline to September 11th, the Taliban said it is ready to attack US troops again and turn the final months of Washington’s almost 20-year war into a nightmare.

ITEM 18: The Post Millennial reported, "The former mayor of Sebastopol, California, a progressive Democrat who voiced support for Black Lives Matter rioters and defunding police, was arrested Saturday morning over multiple felony child sex crimes.
"Sebastopol Police booked 44-year-old Robert Emmanuel Jacob on 11 felony counts related to sexual assault crimes against a minor aged 14 or 15.
"The charges against Jacob, who is openly gay and married as of 2019, include transportation of a child for lewd and lascivious acts, arranging a meeting for sexual purposes with a person believed to be underage, sexual penetration of a child under 16-years-old and harmful material sent with the intent to seduce a minor."
Why are so many Defund The Police advocates criminals? It is a puzzler.
ITEM 19: Sam Cohen reported, "Annual cases of sexually transmitted diseases reached an all-time high for a sixth consecutive year, according to the CDC, with the sharpest increase in cases of syphilis among newborns."
Raul Romaguera, acting director for CDC’s Division of STD Prevention, said, "Less than 20 years ago, gonorrhea rates in the U.S. were at historic lows, syphilis was close to elimination, and advances in chlamydia diagnostics made it easier to detect infections. That progress has since unraveled."
Here is the solution: Everyone waits until marriage to have sex, and then they only have sex with their spouse. No divorces. Ever.
