Bernie, I haven't traded warrants, but think INTCW should track the stock 1 to 1 at least on the upside. The warrant is convertible to stock at 41.75 per share. If the warrants lag the stock, floor traders, who don't pay commissions, could buy the warrants and exercise them to make a profit. Indeed this might be what controls.

I am no expert in this so check it out.
