I used Net2Phone a couple of times... but they cost money (I started out with a balance of $25.... haven't used it many times...guess i should ask for my money back?) Dialpad is FREE although they don't have a way to make international calls and Net2Phone Does Net2Phone also has a Quicknet solution. But they are not Java based like Dialpad quicknet.net Url
