Andy It appears that 20 trading days preceding the closing date of the stock purchase option (NOV. 3 ,1997) will be when LGND begins the calculation. Also see that LGND gives 4.5 million back to AGN and 33 1/3 royalty of some future milestone payments (but excluding some payments). This is very interesting but I am fuzzy on what payments they might be referring to<G>
